Hopefully in the next coming months, I’ll achieve my goal of getting washboard abs.
When I came into the Army, I realized that soley doing Army PT was not good enough for me. In mid-May, I started changing my eating habits. I went from eating three times a day whatever I wanted at the dining facility and ordering pizza and chinese food here in AIT to constantly snacking on fruits, always eating a big load of spinach salad with some form of protein on top, always drinking only water, and dietary supplements like Shakeology. I went back on Insanity in the beginning of June, everyday after class. Started going to the gym after school in mid-June to lift weights, and still keep up with Insanity once or twice a week. Still going strong on my third month of working out on my own and not giving up. Eating clean as much as I can. I do treat myself approximately one cheat meal on one day of the weekend.
